I needed to return one of my recently…
I needed to return one of my recently purchased Denner items.
I did not have a returns sticky label on my delivery note.
I phoned and spoke to a receptionist who was really helpful.
However she had to involve the returns team who took a long time to phone me back.
Meanwhile I had to drive to the local post office to return the item using my own label.
I did this with a tracker label using my own money.

Have been buying your gorgeous cashmere V necked tunic for years. Love it to bits and wish it came in more colours like burgundy and moss green. Have just bought a second navy one because I love it and wear it so much. I wasn’t at all keen on your summer silk and cashmere range and it clearly didn’t sell well because you are still sending me cut price offers to buy it instead of the new winter range which I would very much like to receive!
