Great service. I missed a credit card authorisation and my order was cancelled, I called their customer services and received amazing service, order was replaced, delivery upgraded and a bundled price (lower) given. Products appeared next day !!!!!

I have been a patient at this clinic for the last 15 years and have always had an excellent service not only from Dr Nadjafi but also from all the staff at Aesthetic Dental Zone.
The level of expertise and service is outstanding with attention to every detail and care provided throughout.

First time ordering, quick dispatch and delivery. There was a part of the order that was left out but a quick call to a friendly person fixed that. It got delivered first class post, in a letterbox friendly package so I didn't even need to be in. Companies are often good when things go right, but when they do such a fine job fixing something that's gone wrong it shows their excellence.

Ordered some bands late in the day expecting standard delivery times, got next day delivery!

I have nothing but praise for Dental Aesthetics. I have used their services over some time without problem. My last order, however, went astray - without any culpability on their part. However, they replaced it, promptly, in full.
I will continue to use their services and highly recommend them.

Amazing service, ordered my grandson's elastics for his braces on Thursday afternoon, they were here by free first class delivery on Friday morning. A free gift of a packet of applicators was sent as well. Thank you again for such brilliant service.

Dr Umre's team is very experienced and I have had no problem with there treatment. I have been going to them for the past 15years traveling from Gurgaon.
I would highly recommend them for any dental problems. Good clean and hygienic clinic. The staff is very cordial and welcoming.
