Still waiting for it to ship after a week. Run out of toothpaste and no sign of the order yet. Was contacted with a supply chain excuse and the suggestion of another product that doesn't work for us, but no obvious way to get back in touch about it. Disappointing.

Wouldn't give any star at all. Customer service rubbish! First, on normal website if you don't have item in stock it says OUT OF STOCK! But they let you make an order and pay thinking they have it and shipping it! After 5days I contacted them because the order was still pending. They didn't bother to contact me, appologise!! Replied after few days saying will sent next month! What? Seriously avoid the company! Waste of time! Money! With such a big market competition like amazon they should try much more hard!!!

Concerning security issues
They did their job perfectly fine. However they have some serious security flaws. Customers have to create an account to make a purchase and once you've created the account they email you with your username and password in plain text, meaning their end system clearly knows and stores your password in plain text!
