Sotol Tablets
I ordered Sotol tablets online, but when they didn't turn up, I phoned to find out the status, only to be told they were out of stock & I should receive them the following week, which I did.
There are opportunities for improvement here, which are to:
1) Display online when an item is out of stock & when the expected delivery is
2) If an item which has been ordered is out stock, please keep the customer informed by email, rather than the customer having to phone you to query why the order hasn't been delivered

Delivered promptly, by Royal mail which is useful for me. The only thing that would of got 5 stars is if I got an Email telling me that my Items have been dispatched, which would have given me a better idea when it's likely to arrive with standard delivery.
