Sorry Dento-care but up until now this would have been 5 stars but you have let yourself down big style.
Over the last 3 years I have been loyal to you and purchased £50+ each month. During this time there has been various discount codes for 10% off your purchase (just now it is DISC2019). This has all changed.
This month this code did not work even though it is valid until 31st Jan 2021. When I called regarding this was told that it had changed to a 1 off time usage for the code.
Dento-care if you want to keep repeat orders I suggest this policy is reversed... you have just lost a repeat customer as there are other supplier on the web who supply this product at better prices such as dentalsky.com and dental direct.co.uk
Sorry but they will be getting or custom from this time forward.

I bought the fixed brace oral care pack and it's great. It came with a lot of nice goodies but one essential object it lack was a flossing tape. Personally, I think it should be included in the pack as flossong is very important during orthodontic treatment. Other than that shipping arrived pretty on time.

Service is efficient and all good overall. Trying to stop using so much plastic with the flossing packs I thought would try the large floss stick with floss string wound round. Stick too large and unwieldy and difficult to tension floss - will just continue with the small sticks and hope they ate recyclable .

I am happy that the I can get all of my products online and shipped to Ireland, however I find that the shipping cost is very expensive considering they are toothbrushes, dont weigh too much and are only being sent from the UK to Ireland. The postage also went up by £6 from my last order.
