Wonderful experience with Deonlinedrogist

Garbage Bonusan Gabba
I have ordered mutliple products from this website and last time I ordered bonusan gabba. I received the package within the specified delivery time and upon opening I noticed the capsules were looking a bit weird. The inside which is visible due to the clear capsule packaging was noticeably clumpy and had visible signs of moisture damage. I contacted customer service which in turn contacted the customer service of bonusan. After a lot of back and forth they came back saying yeah there is a moisture damage but it is not bad for you so we will give you 50% discount for the inconvenience. Excuse me? How is that ok? Selling a product that is not meeting quality standards and saying you can still it even though it is not fresh it is not bad for you? Wow, I will never purchase again, way to keep your customers.

thank you for placing a review about our service. We checked your order and the conversation we had with our supplier. They are absolutely convinced that the quality of the item is absolutely fine. Gaba is very sensitive to moisture and because a transparent capsule is chosen these days, for durability reasons, this is more visible to you. In a standard opaque capsule, this also happens, but is not visible to you through the capsule.
However, I also understand that this was an unpleasant and unexpected situation for you. We will therefore have the remaining 50% refunded to your account.
