On the webpage it "states" if the products are ordered today before 21:30, they will be delivered tomorrow. THIS WAS THE REASON I WENT WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. At 8:30 the next morning I get an Email they are just packed in. I needed these products urgently as I had to ship them to Ireland. This company should not be advertising they are offering this type of delivery when they are unable to commit with to their promised delivery schedule.

thank you for your review. We are very sorry that, due to a defect in one of our machines, we couldn't ship all orders in time. We had to proceed a lot or orders manual due to this malfunction and of course this takes a lot of extra time.
We understand that this is not the service you could expect from us and we apologized already our customers about this by email and gave them a discountcode to compensate the disappointment a little.
