A Brilliant Organisation. Total confidence. It is only when a problem arises that you discover how a company responds. Ordering the fantastic Odorex ExtraDry 50ml lotion from them in Holland because its unavailable for some reason in Britain, we were dissapointed that after 10 days it hadn't arrived. Contacted them by phone, in English. Apologies and details taken, and repeat order despatched which arrived within 3 days. Polite, civilised,honest, responsible, trustworthy. A pleasure to deal with.
