Good prices,but customer service is a nightmare or non-existing, super slow answers, no chat or phone. I expect a store of such extension to have way more support and channels, especially for products that are super expensive.

This is my second review in over 2 weeks as my emails are going unanswered so hopefully will get a response from this review. I was sent the wrong item and am now stuck with it. I replied to their return/refund process and now my emails are not getting answered again. This is very frustrating and they're hoping I'll go away but I'm not losing my money on the wrong product given. I want a response back.

Item received well package. Eventhough slightly late tracking was available.

I unfortunately cannot recommend Deporvillage. On August 21st, they informed me that the carrier had lost my package and that my order was cancelled. In the very same email, they guaranteed that a full refund was being processed immediately and would appear in my account within 5–10 business days.
More than 10 business days have now passed, and I still haven't received my money. Instead of honoring their commitment, customer service is going back on their written word, now claiming they won't refund the money until the package returns to their warehouse — directly contradicting what they initially promised in writing.
It has required multiple emails back and forth with zero resolution or meaningful assistance. A deeply disappointing experience and unacceptable handling of a shipment they themselves declared lost.

Great value for money and quick delivery (before the date limit stated in the day of purchase) and well packaged. Very nice website with clear content and many options.

I ordered three pairs of walking shoes from Deporvillage because I wanted to find the right fit. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit me properly, so I returned them.

I was then informed that one of the pairs was supposedly used and that they would therefore not accept the return. This is not correct. I did not use the shoes, and I am very disappointed that my return was rejected without any clear evidence being provided.

I contacted customer service to explain the situation, but they simply maintained their decision and offered to return the shoes to me or have me arrange and pay for collection myself from their warehouse in Spain (I live in the Netherlands).

I find this extremely disappointing, especially when returning a product that I genuinely could not use because of the fit. I expected a much more customer-friendly solution and better communication.

I would strongly recommend being cautious when ordering from this company, particularly if you are unsure about sizing or fit.

UPDATE: I’m happy to provide my order number, but I would prefer to share it privately rather than post it publicly here.

My complaint is already being handled by your customer service team, but unfortunately, the way it is currently being resolved is not satisfactory to me. I would therefore appreciate it if you could contact me directly so we can discuss this further.

Deporvillage, the company that is super happy to take your money and deliver your order. Don't get me wrong, they are amazing at that part. Big 10/10

BUT, the second you request a return. BOOM! Emails take 2-3 days to get any reply, my return pick up had to be rescheduled 5 times and no one could tell me why. Has my return has now been picked up? WE DON'T KNOW dear reader as I've had no confirmation that the guy I gave it to was even from Deporvillage, also, their website hasn't updated to tell me anything about my return. It's a pure farce dear reader and can anyone at Deporvillage tell me what's going on? NO!

In short, its now a month and 3 days after I asked for a return because I bought shoes that were too small. A month and 3 days just to pick up some shoes and process a refund.

So dear reader, what should you take away from this tale.
1. Order the right thing first time with no mistakes and you will have the best experience ever
2. Deporvillages customer service and return system is awful and I hope you never have to use it.
