I ORDERED Uphone at £159.00 each after 6weeks and several emails to say it was on its way I received a YOU phone that is valued at less than £70.00 I was informed to send product back at my own cost before I could receive the phone I ordered I will now try To see if trading standards Can help

Same all the other reviews! Would give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered something for my daughter to help her during lockdown. Sent numerous emails after weeks of ordering asking to cancel and refund my money as was no longer needed.
Had replies telling me it had been shipped, other replies telling me they'd give my an 85% refund then another saying it's been posted, each email contradicting the other. Eventually the item arrived, wrong colour as well! Sent more emails and had a reply saying theres a high chance the parcel will be lost on its return so can I keep it and they'll give me a 5% refund!
Luckily I've opened a claim through paypal who have assured me I'll get a refund in full from them if they company dont resolve it themselves.
Would 100% recommend others to avoid this company. Absolute joke customer service.

THEY ARE SAYING HAVENT HAD PROOF OF POSTAGE WHICH I KNOW I SENT IN TOTAL I HAVE SENT 10 E.MAILS TO THEM AND SENT 5 COPIES OF PROOF OF POSTAGE TO THEM DONT KNOW WHY THEY SAY 24 TO 48 HRS REPLY I HAVE BEEN WAITING NOW 2 WEEKS FOR A REPLY..DISGUSTING.

Placed an order in March, still nothing received & last tracking update was the 12th of May!!!
Sent them an email and got a copy and paste from a previous response!!!

I also wish that I had read the reviews first. The item I ordered in the beginning of November arrived the 4th of June next year. And of they refused to refund me. Terrible service and would never deal with them again.

Wish I had read the reviews first I too ordered a Pilates item cost £22.95. When it finally arrived nearly six weeks later and numerous emails asking where my package was. Once opened I have requested a refund as it is absolute rubbish quality . I have asked for a refund but am being asked to return it to China what’s the point as the postage will be expensive especially that you have to send it tracked. Also there will be no guarantee it will arrive . I will never order from this company again and I urge other people not to order . I would rather give no stars.

Pilates workout stick has arrived but it’s absolutely awful , bands are so long it does nothing and there’s no way you can adjust the tension. Exercise guide shows 6 very basic exercises.
It’s as good as theft.

It has finally arrived. It took a couple of weeks for the delivery and the tracking was complicated and impossible for a while. After several complaints I received link that allowed me to track my order and that happened just one day before the delivery.
Anyway it has arrived and I am happy with it .

I placed an order on 18th April of £22.95 for a Pilates ring, I am still waiting I was told 1-4 weeks for delivery and still waiting. No one ever gets back to you
Disgusting AVOID

I purchased an item from this seller on April 8 2020 and am still to receive my goods (May 22 2020). The seller informed me delivery was 4 weeks from time of purchase (something that was not listed in their original listing!)

After numerous emails I finally got a tracking number I had requested GV293270017GB not only was this "dispatched" on April 26 (3 weeks after my purchase date) but it also never arrived at the royal mail depot for delivery. There is still currently no tracking for this parcel over 6 weeks later. I have also contacted Royal Mail and they have informed me that this number has be generated but no goods have ever been passed over.

I have asked for a refund on numerous occasions and just been told 'here is your tracking number'.

I will NEVER use this company again and nor will I EVER recommend them! Claim to be a UK 'seller' Based in the UK just another lie from them!

Caveat emptor certainly applies to the Depotnation.
I am reluctant to give the Depotnation even one star and wished I had read the reviews before placing my order.
I ordered a Pilates ring in mid April and was later advised delivery would be 1-4 weeks and Covid 19 was cited as the reason for such a long delivery date. Finally I was provided with a tracking number and I noticed the product was sitting somewhere and had not moved since 21st April. Responses to email enquiries are slow and standard spiel, they do actually answer a customers query.
The Pilates ring finally arrived on 19th May in a flimsy plastic bag. Sadly it was damaged and is unusable.
I read the FAQ's and immediatley sent an email & photos as per this companies procedure. I am still waiting for a response and not convinced I will ever receive a refund.

I ordered a Workout Stick™️ Pilates Exercise Toning Bar - Purple from Depot Nation on 13th April, today it's the 21st May and yes, I still haven't received my parcel. Every week I get an email telling me due to COVID19 my shipment is delayed...what a lot of tosh! They pretend to be in the UK but actually they are China or somewhere else, the last tracking I did it showed Laos! This is a huge con, I am really totally negative about Depot Nation and if I see any adverts on Facebook I will warn people... they are criminals and lie!

Update - it has finally arrived!! What a waste of money - it’s really small and doesn’t look anything like the advert! Can’t see it lasting long - and reading others comments I have no chance of sorting a return out!! poor quality! Only good for the dustbin!
Like many others who have left reviews about this company I wished I had checked trustpilot before purchasing a Pilates Ring via Facebook!
After 4 weeks, various standard emails stating due to Convid-19 (yes con it’s not a typo on my behalf but their!) my parcel will be with me soon, random tracking numbers that don’t work and receiving an email today that my parcel has arrived - which it hasn’t!!!! I have finally given up! I will be contacting my bank hoping that I will get my money back and reporting this company as a scam - shame Facebook allow it to advertise as I will now never purchase from another advert on Facebook again!
I wish I could award no stars as this company does not deserve it!

Does not deserve one star. Still after 5 weeks I don’t have my order. They keep sending tracking s that don’t work. Total scam. Facebook have to remove them from advertising. There is no way I will ever get my money back. Cheats and liars.

How can we report this company I have ordered something it is nearly 3 months haven't received it just remains saying transit.
