I ordered a toy from here for my son. I wasn’t notified when it was dispatched. It arrived after 3 weeks and is a cheap toy that you can get elsewhere for £8 (I paid £24.99 for it)
I will not be ordering from this company again!!

Marble run arrived..Well totally disappointed. NO BOX for a start.. cheap poor packaging and best of all ... NO MARBLES!! WOW.. you you should be ashamed selling this junk..
Will now fight for a refund.. not a happy customer and will NEVER buy again..
Be warned.. advertisements look amazing, shame you dont deliver quality!!!

After placing my order and then reading the reviews i did not hold out much hope of receiving my parcel or a good quality item. Well, i must say my parcel has arrived and it is perfect for my grand daughter. It looks exactly as the advert and i am sure she will have a lot of fun
popping the baubles onto the tree.

Be Warned this bogus company are laughing up their sleeves all the way to the bank with money obtained from FALSE ADVERTISING OF RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL CHEEP IMITATION ITEMS DISGUISED BY CLEVER MARKETING AND BOGUS PHOTOGRAPHY !!! The items ( if it ever arrives) look NOTHING like the advertised products whatsoever - I ordered the Marble run which looked 10 times bigger in the instagram advert than the shockingly small, cheep crap ( advert compares the bricks to Duplo brand but it’s NOTHING LIKE IT) at all that arrived in a crumpled up plastic bag (no box) with no marbles. I am so angry ! This was meant as a Christmas gift that I paid £24 for but now it will go to a charity shop and sell for £2 (Shame on you DEPOTNATION I just hope Karma pays you back good and proper !!!!

They say orders have been delivered to local post offices when you check with the designated post office they check and advise they have not received your parcel. You then advise depot nation again and they state it has. You tell them again and request refund then they stop contacting you. I would advise not to order anything from this company.

I wouldn't buy from this company again. They do not offer returns and the quality of the products is not good and not always as described so my advice is to steer clear! I shop online a lot and unfortunately have been caught out by this company. Should have checked the reviews on here first!

Not sure about all the scam comments! I was Leary about getting my order after reading the reviews but I receive my order two weeks after it was placed. Very happy with my purchase and a well made product! Thank you!!!

I bought two felt Christmas Trees, before I read the reviews on Trustpilot.

Yesterday, three weeks after my order the two felt Christmas trees arrived. They are as described and I think will be much used, abused and loved by my children and their children.

BACKGROUND to this review is that I had ordered these two items and then read the terrible reviews on Trustpilot. Unable to stop my order with Depotnation, I immediately wrote to them in the strongest possible terms stating that I had just purchased these items (less than 10 minutes ago) and then had read their terrible reviews. I was shocked to see that there was not a good one amongst them.

I notified my Credit Card Company who said that I should wait the four weeks they say it could take until taking further action.

The company did respond to me and gave me a tracking number which never seemed to work. I became more concerned.

If you do have concerns do notify them in technicolor - it worked for me and I am a happy customer.

My experience has been mostly positive - the only negative is their inability to get their tracking visible to the purchaser.

never received the items ordered, emailed three times still nothing, just con people out of money

In all my years of dealing with on line companies this is by far the worst company I have every dealt with they tell lies all the time and tell you that they sent your item when they have not the item number they give you is also no operational and you can’t trace any package that’s if there was a package.
They are a fraudulent company so do not deal with them.

They are a total scam dont buy from theese the will tel after you order it can take upto 5 weeks rubbish then nothing turns up ive started a refund with paypal ps also check the same items on ebay and thaey were a third off the price shocking ie 24 ebay £8

I too saw the advert for scratch removal and the reviews they displayed showed it as fantastic. For £20 I expected the bottle like in the video. Firstly my order didn't arrive within 45 days having then sold my car by the time I realised it hadn't come I emailed them to ask for a refund. They ignored me and sent 'another' that arrived pretty quickly but is a rediculous sized bottle that won't even touch like the video did. Absolutely false advertising and scammers. Telling me I need to send a video of it not working before I can be offered a refund. They hadn't shipped the item when I asked for my refund so their website saying they will refund if not shipped and cancel is utter lies. Do not buy from them, wish I had checked before buying but seems when I placed my order these didn't show up.

I purchased a car scratch removal product for £19 that didn’t display the actual size on there first advert.
Only after the order was placed was I able to see a small picture showing 20ml size on there order confirmation.
I tried to stop the order immediately by email but they would not cancel even though they state no quibble returns.
The very small 20ml bottle was half empty and just enough left to put onto a tooth brush to try and test the product,.
SURPRISE. SURPRISE it wouldn’t even take off the slightest of scratches. Total rip-off
Have emailed some liar called Nick Bateman if that’s his real name !, who eventually told me to return the product to China. The shipping cost for an empty bottle would just be outrages and no guarantee these crooks and liars would honour a refund.
Just beware check out Trustpilot and customer reviews regarding there crap products at extortionate prices with No refunds.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. There is not one good review for them. They sent the wrong item 3 weeks ago and even though I have proved to them they sent wrong item they will not refund the money. They want to replace it but the quality of the goods is terrible also. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely terrible company, order placed March 30th nothing received. Tried tracking order told unrecognisable. No reply to 4 separate emails. Rather pour money down a drain but Deponation have it.BEWARE.

Absolutely useless. Trading standards or whoever deals with useless businesses in Louisiana should close them down immediately. They should not be allowed to trade.
I was told to return a crap mop,which. I paid 30 pounds to China,the same as the other gentlemen . Did he get his postage back?I wonder ?

Further to my earlier review about this awful company, I eventually challenged and proved to them that they DID have a UK returns address, and that their insistence that I post the goods back to China (at great expense) and taking 30 to 40 days to get there, was absolute nonsense.

After numerous tenacious emails to them, repeating the same answers to their same questions, they caved in and provided the following returns address - that they told me didn't exist.

I bought adjustable reading glasses which arrived damaged. I sent photos and the company agreed to send a replacement without the need to return the first, damaged, article. The second pair of glasses were not obviously damaged, but adjustments of the lenses achieved no noticeable change in focus. The glasses are poorly made of cheap plastic and are clearly useless. I will now ask Nick Bateman for a refund and will let you know if I am suuccessful. Don't hold your breath!

NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM DEPOT NATION. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY WHO SELL YOU GOODS THAT ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM THEY TRY TO PASS YOU ONTO TO THIER SUPPLIER IN CHINA .
