Undervalued Long standing loyal small stockist
I have stocked dermalogica for 23 years but in the last 18 months I have been undervalued and disappointed by the treatment I have received.
My Christmas delivery was too late to make Christmas sales.
I have to spend £500 to get free delivery.
My last order had an item missing and no delivery note. After 2 x 20 minute sessions of trying to get through on the phone only to be told (after 20 mins) that there is no room to leave a message. I was told I have to log in to the dermalogica website and print my own delivery note/invoice.
I had to ring the following day to be told 3 people in packing have said the product was there, Implying I have taken (stolen) the product, but on this occasion they would replace it. So I’m guessing if it happens again I will have to pay for missing items.
Previously the items were picked, ticked and signed for, and I had never had a problem.
I explained my dissatisfaction to customer services and that I was thinking of leaving the ‘Dermalogica Tribe’ and would like somebody senior to call me but nobody has, I’m guessing I’m not big enough to matter.
I took dermalogica on in 1998 because I believed in the cruelty free ethics.
They still display the leaping bunny logo but UNILEVER who now own dermalogica are not.
I have also asked dermalogica to take back my last delivery because like many salons I am having to close for the COVID-19 crisis and would rather return it than be unable to pay for it. They are charging me a 10%handling fee and postage. There is absolutely no good will or loyalty with this company any more.

Great products to every skin type
One of my favorite brands. If you have a sensitive skin their product is perfect. Especially really like their cleansers. Dermalogica daily microfoliant is I think one of their best products. Also the gentle cleanser.

I love the products they have done…
I love the products they have done wonders for me. I look younger and health skin. Why I did not give 5 stars is because customer care are rude and not friendly at all. I hate returning anything it gets difficult. Yesterday I spoke to a Maria because I returned and item in February still haven't received refund. If they can change their customer care it would be perfect.

A lot of packaging - not much product!
I have been buying Dermlogica products for years and I thought I'd try out the Daily Superfoliant for the cost of £55. Unlike the Daily Micofoliant this one you open the top and to my surprise its only 2/3 full - maybe even less!! Very disappointed for that price - maybe use less packaging Dermologica...? Personally I think it's misleading to the consumer - yes you put the amount on the packaging but when you buy a product go by what you visually see. Also it's not environmentally friendly - which for a brand that prides its self on natural ingredients seems very hypocritical to me. I expect you say your special ingredients need to aerate or something equally fluffy to justify misleading your loyal customers!
