I got nothing. They dropped my order to wrong address. Customer service is bad. They did not replacement or refund to me. I am.not sure if I am going to get my product. I asked for a refund because I don't think the product is from USA. The shipping carrier is UniUni. I know if some stuff from China, usually they used this shipping company for transfer product from China to their store then ship to customer. But I don't get my refund yet. Not recommended this website because return or refund is hard. Maybe we will lost money and also get nothing.

Extra samples to try are always appreciated. Especially with the cost of the products I am buying. They said I could use a 15% off coupon but it didn't apply to my order.

I'm interested in understanding why the derm store has Olaplex shampoo and conditioner for fine hair that is eligible under FSA, while Olaplex for thick hair has almost the same ingredients, and yet, for coarse/thick hair, it is not FSA eligible. To me, that is extremely odd and should not be allowed. It should be all covered or not at all, as the people this mostly affects are minorities, as they typically have thick/coarse hair.

This return overall has been awful and required me to spend more time than necessary. I had to reach out and speak with an agent each time to get anywhere. First off, the system couldn’t even locate my order for me to initiate a return even though I’ve received multiple emails with my order number on there. There was a delay on the return which was probably a transit issue but just added to how this return was not a smooth and easy process. Finally, after a long wait, I receive an email stating I should be expecting refund in 5 business days. I wait and I give it an extra 3 days but nothing. I then have to reach out again to learn that an agent had to send proof to financial department in order for me to get my money back. This was very frustrating since I was informed via email to expect something that wouldn’t have happened on its own. Overall terrible process.
