Dermstore launched in 1999 with the vision of creating a trusted dermatologist-backed online beauty store. Founded by a board-certified dermatologist, the company became a safe haven where customers could purchase with confidence. We have since grown to offer a wide range of skin care and cosmetic brands. Our collection includes: professional-strength formulas (otherwise only available at a doctor's office), exclusive spa care lines, salon-grade brands, as well as hard-to-find niche and specialty brands from around the world. In 2013, Dermstore became a wholly owned subsidiary of Target Corporation. We are headquartered in Southern California with a Spa location in Hermosa Beach.

I have ordered products from Dermstore for several years. The selection is outstanding and shipping time is very reasonable.

I love Dermstore in general, however, I was disappointed to see that a lot of the product reviews came from a third party site, and that site is one that gives free products in exchange for reviews. We all know that these reviews are not honest; it's common sense and it's also been demonstrated repeatedly in studies. I'd love to see real reviews, only, especially from verified purchasers.

I’ve enjoyed using your products. Have made several purchases in the past.

I don’t like paying for shipping. The only reason I did today is the discount of the item I wanted.

I like that they usually have the products I am looking tp buy. I don't like the website. It is not user friendly. I spend too much time trying to order because of it.

After I placed my order, I immediately received a message for $10 free shipping. I signed up, and soon found out I would be charged $20 per month for the service - ! When I called to cancel enrollment, they signed me up for a medical alert necklace at ANOTHER $20 per month. The only way I could unenroll was to CANCEL MY CHARGE CARD AND ORDER A NEW ONE! I am NEVER ordering from Dermstore AGAIN!

Placed an order on 17/04 and have received no further information - tracking number doesn’t work so I assume it hasn’t been dispatched yet but there’s no way to contact them via email and the automated chat just goes round in circles.
EDIT 28/04: My order has now been cancelled as apparently "the information provided has not met our security requirements" and they can't tell me which details failed to meet those requirements. Had I been informed of this issue at the time of placing the order I could have rectified whatever issue it was (credit card info I assume?). As it stands the item I wanted to purchase is now permanently out of stock. Hugely disappointed I wasn't contacted to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Total scam.

An additional option to receive products from you other than traditional shipping.

Very easy to navigate the website and to check out.

Different container than I recently picked up at a local store that’s DEFINITELY authorized to carry skin medica, etc. products.

It was easy to order, but when I checked out there was no place to put the free shipping code. I also was unable to activate my 20% off code. How did I miss this?
