Disgusted with purchase as the inktense range colours looked nothing like what they are advertising on website when u purchase …I am appalled by this purchase and will never purchase from this range ever again , when I contacted Derwent about the issue their answer was just “ it’s probably because of wax coating on pencil led “ Not good enough as this purchase was bought as a Xmas gift ….very disappointed

Completely right as a present for my neice, who is a professional artist and finds exactly what is needed in Derwent Charcoal Dark pencils.
THis was a topup to a smaller set which I enjoy using very much.
Test piece using artists range for the first time (and some drawing range pencils) it went ok! (Coloured a scan for my daughter, who by the way really loves butter cup yellow, it’s her new favourite colour!) I got a mix of pencils across 4 tins. (2 sets of 24) 35 artist 10 drawing 3 graphite The way these are presented is nice. It’s a good solution to getting only the colours you want or think you’ll need. Artist pencils hold up well. (I’m no expert but the point stays pointy for longer) happy. This is a great way to buy pencils.

Great idea that you can chose your own pencils from across various Derwent ranges and still get a tin for them. Also a bonus that it works out cheaper than buying the pencils individually. I've bought two lots of 24 pencils they come in tins of twelve. Mostly from the Coloursoft range, but also a dozen pastel pencils to try new techniques. Really pleased with product quality.

I could choose my own colours which was a great bonus and the pencils are lovely. Vibrant colours, lovely and smooth to use and they blend well with other brands which is helpful. They come in a tin case and delivery was excellent. A bit more expensive than the pencils I have tried before but as I decided to treat myself I thought I would try something more top of the range. I'm definitely not disappointed and will be buying more in the future.

I ordered a mix of 24 pastel and Coloursoft pencils, which arrived as ordered. Great products as always. Only slight issue was that the tins were quite dented and lids would not stay on securely. I contacted Derwent and they sent out replacement tins in a few days. Great customer service .....I've ordered another 24 in two tins of 12.

I love Derwent products, they are lovely to use and very good quality. That is why I decided to get these customizable pencil tins, as I was wanting to try the coloursoft pencils, and retry the inktense pencils and of course buy some more metallic pencils, because I like them a lot. However, when I selected the 24 tin I was lead to believe that it would come in one tin, but when I checked my invoice it said X2 12 pencil tins. This should be made much clearer on the tin size selection page. And that they would come in plain silver tins with the name Derwent on the front. Also there was a bit of a mess up with communication between Derwent and DPD. Derwent sent me a confirmation email saying that it would arrive on the 23rd October. When I contacted DPD they said that they didn't have it yet. So I had to send an email to Derwent asking, where is my tin as it hadn't arrived on 23rd October, only to be told that there was a delay in getting the product out of their Wearhouse. They did arrive, but later then expected. Will I buy detectly from the Derwent website again, probably not due to the experience I have had with them. That is the reason why I am not rating this 5 stars. I will be buying their products from a different websites next time.
