I did not realise you had to put the prints in the frames yourself, as if they were photos. I also thought the prints would not be paper posters. At least the colours were correct.

Excellent product.
The product was beautiful, vibrant, with rich color. The frame and fit of the product was perfect. It was packed with great care and the price was very reasonable. I plan on purchasing many more in the future.

I like the prints
I like the prints. The order was not shipped for a while, and I also had to wait a while for a response from Desenio. That said, once they realized my order had been lost, they shipped it pretty quickly and everything arrived in one piece. There's a little note that tells you to peel off the plastic layer from the frame, but it's not intuitive. Would be useful to make it a little more clear that the layer is super thin and how to peel it.

Timeliness. Delivery took MUCH longer than promised, and in trying to submit a return for the delayed items, it’s taking MUCH longer than said. Will never use Desenio again.

Fraud website I have purchased items worth 65$ returned everything but one item worth 11$ and they only refunded me 24$ I am still waiting on the refund for over a month now. Online customer taker forever to respond and instead of addressing the issue they say please be patient. ( you have received the package for over 3 weeks) and their online phone doesn’t work. Low quality, wrong size
The print didn't come in the size I need. I therefore, have to find a mat the fits the size of the print. Only I can't, because your stupid print isn't a standard size! The quality is bad. I expected the print to at least be on nice poster paper, but it feels like regular printer paper. And the picture is pixelized. The only reason I don't send it back is because the shipping isn't worth it. I will never buy from your company again.

1st delivery both items were broken, frames were coming apart and posters wrinkled under glass. Second delivery of replaced merchandise, we had to fix to get the glass to fit etc.

Part of my package was lost in transit…
Part of my package was lost in transit and I still have not received resolution from Desenio. The customer service is extremely slow and when I called, I either was disconnected or recording of" we are not accepting calls today" came on which is unacceptable.
Issue ultimately resolved, which I was happy with but the customer service needs improvements.

My experience with this company was…
My experience with this company was straight trash. I ordered a frame, which on the site is advertised as 20 x 28" in order to frame a 1000 piece puzzle I completed. When the parcel arrived, I found out that they used European measurements, and the frame was actually 19 5/8 x 27 1/2". Too small for my desired use. When I tried to return the product, their site says that "They were unable to find an order matching my details", even though I used the correct Order number and email 10 times. Garbage. There was also small visible scratch on the acrylic "glass", so the product arrived damaged. DON'T purchase from them.
