Very impressed with the efficiently and professionalism of staff and installer. Ran into a snag on carpet color and availability but staff (Pam) stayed on top of it until carpet arrived. Easy to talk to and concerns and questions were adressessed immediately. Follow up after install was great. Thanks for the great carpet and install experience. I recommend anyone looking to purchase carpet, go see Pam at carpet one. Great job....

Our flooring and carpet replacement was completed as quoted. The installer was knowledgeable and friendly. The job was completed in a timely manner and we appreciated the thorough clean up afterwards.

We are so impressed with Desert Design Carpet One Floor and Home. From the time we walked in the door, looked for flooring, taking samples home, was advised on the best flooring for our kitchen area in an old mobile home. Then Pam came and measured our area and soon sent us an estimate. We thought the price was more than reasonable so she ordered our flooring. Dave and Justin came and installed the flooring in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job. We are so pleased with our new floors! Thank you Desert Design.

We bought and had granite counter tops installed earlier this year. They are beautiful! And the staff at Desert Design were wonderful, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will be using them when we decide to put carpet throughout our house!
