Disappointed customer…
I was disappointed with the oak sign that I ordered. It was well engraved but the wood appeared to be some light weight composite that doesn’t look like it will last very long outside. For a small sign on cheap lightweight wood and to be charged £34.97 was most disappointing. I was excited about giving this to my wife as a present but felt a little embarrassed handing it over.

We have not received our order
We have not received our order, we ordered in plenty of time, and received an email on the 9th of December to say it had been dispatched, we chased this on the 20th to be told via an automated response, and also a response from customer services, Royal Mail are busy in the run up to Christmas and to wait 10 working days before it can be classed as undelivered, so this took us to end of trade on 23rd, still nothing and no time now to get it sorted for Christmas, sadly a pretty disappointing experience

Great product only let down by delay…
Great product only let down by delay and customer service. Said sign was despatched when it wasn’t - but when finally despatched it arrived and was fine. So you may have to wait longer than the 3-5 day despatch time.

Poor value for money
The granite house number I ordered was delivered as specified on the web site and was well packaged but the quality was poor. The edges of the plate were chipped and one of the fixing holes had a big chip where it had been drilled so I had to paint washers black to cover the problem and the engraved number was badly painted. This is very poor quality and thus not value for money.
