Very happy with a beautiful looking house sign made of granite.
Initial sign had a scratch across it upon arrival. Very straight forward to email photos of this and have it replaced.
Found the team receptive, helpful and the product beautiful and well made.
Would recommend!

Service was quick and easy. Lots of variety but easy to navigate. Sign came at the time stated - and we're very happy with it!

Ordered on line, website was easy to use both for design and ordering. Number arrived about 5 days later, earlier than expected. Looks great on the gatepost - they even included screws and rawl plugs (although if im being super picky i would have liked the screws to be a bit longer).

Ordered a slate house sign beginning of January. 3 have now been sent ans I am meant to be getting a fourth. First one had chips off each corner and hadn’t been finished peoperly. Following two were not centered. Awaiting a fourth..however I will say Ben in Customer Services was very helpful in trying to sort the issue.

I ordered a house sign but was disappointed when I received it as I had chosen the wrong size of letters.
The sign was redesigned and replaced at no cost to me. I can really recommend this company for the excellent work they produce, clean, neat and robust.
The sign is an excellent name plate for my property.

Good product only issue was delivery by Royal Mail no clue when it was to be delivered we weren’t in so they took it to local post office. Via a courier would have been easier

After reading a few negative reviews I was a bit apprehensive, however I am really happy with the door sign I ordered. It was delivered within a week and easy to install using the provided screws/plugs. My only niggle is that the screws are black and the sign is grey slate, it would be great if covers for the screws were provided that matched the sign material.

House sign came damaged and expecting replacement. Have e-mailed to chase and still no response as to when we can expect sign. I have sores this based on the lack of support after re-ordering

Extremely disappointed with the service received. The company does not know the meaning of customer service. It is now over 7 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received my sign. I have sent 7 emails so far (the last one asking for my money back) and have received very little response and nothing to make me think that my custom is valued!! I have tried to phone but they have no telephone service at all and so I am relying on there customer service email which has been of little use!!! To summarise I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!

The purchase of my wall sign was easy on the website and communication was good. However, a little disappointed with the sign as it looks and feels quite cheap and the writing is wonky. I didn’t complain as the price was quite low , so I felt that I got what I paid for.

The plate is very poor quality for the money paid I could have got similar for less than half the price. Very disappointed with purchase

I recently bought a slate house name plate, I found the ordering process nice and simple and the price and quality were very good, I would have a little grumble about the delivery time but it is what it is
