Lovely signs. Nicely done. Screw fittings supplied needed to be stronger for brick wall. 4 out of 5 because took forever to receive them. Very slow service.

I like the art deco design of the numbers and letters but when the sign arrived they were smaller on the actual sign than what I designed on the website.
When I was putting my order together online the numbers and letters filled the sign however when it arrived I estimate them to be a third smaller making the sign quite difficult to read from the road, my drive is not long its only a car length from pavement to my front door.

The holes were not level which made fixing to the wall harder than it needed to be.
The overall product was okay, but didn’t look of the quality I expected.

I placed my order 14th Feb, the sign was dispatched 23rd Feb, I have still not received it, I can't track my order, all i am been told is that Royal Mail are to blame and it up with them. There is nothing Design a House Sign can do until it has been 15 working days since dispatch. This was supposed to be a present for my mum's new house.

Easy to use website where you design your sign. High quality product which looks smart now it's fitted. Only slight issue was the delivery time which was very slow for the £4.99 postage.

Really pleased with our house sign! Arrived earlier than stipulated which is always a bonus and it looks fabulous too!

Good product that arrived quickly with all of the fixing screws included.

Would def use the company again.

The buying process was super super simple and the product came exactly how it was shown in the online graphics. The quality of the product was also amazing and the installation was incredibly simple and seamless. The only problem I have is the print used doesn't feel very robust - but I can only comment on that over time to see how long it lasts.

Good value and a lovely sign. Took a while to arrive but that was mainly down to the delivery company. Took a couple of days to answer emails, but responses friendly and helpful. Would use again.

Terrible service- ordered oak front door sign which arrived over a month late after chasing. The sign is not fit for purpose. In just one week the sign has swelled, faded, bowed and now split.
Contacted customer service who queried my installation- it’s a door sign, not a wardrobe flat pack!
The suggested it should have had a double layer of varnish and agreed to provide replacement. I’m still waiting. Now they don’t even bother to respond to emails.
Very disappointed!

I ordered the wrong type of sign in error and when I contacted Desgn a House Sign not only did they go to great lengths to explain their product range they offered to provide a replacement free of charge. The products I recieved are of exceptional quality with customer service to match!!! I would fully recommend this supplier to anyone looking for a personalized house sign and service too.

DO NOT order from this company. Ordered my sign 6 weeks ago and still waiting for it. Chased customer services email who responded to the first few emails, they now no longer respond to my emails asking for a refund or replacement. Service is shocking, dont waste your time or money on this company as they will take your money and not send your order.

Ordered from them in November. There was a problem with the couriers which was not their fault but they worked quickly to resolve it and send out a new order. We ordered two signs from them. Both came with all the right fittings and were perfectly made and just what we wanted. Easily fitted and we are very happy with them

Ordered an acrylic house nameplate which arrived today and we are absolutely delighted with it. Delivery took only a few days and came via Royal Mail. The item was well packed. Would definitely recommend,

House sign is very smart and came on time

The product was as expected - thick slate and clear writing as per design. Item received nicely protected and before the estimated date. Looks good next to the front door, on the wall of the house. Relatively easy to install (less than 10 mins) with the screws provided (although I decided to use my own Rawl plugs). Would recommend and happily use the service again.

Looked like a good bet online but . .. . ... Delivery was slow and product graphics were badly misaligned on the slate..

Complaint to Design a Sign was dealt with courteously and promptly. Replacement sign arrived in better time and to a superior finish

Great new house number. Website could be better - it kept losing my details while i was looking at different options. In the end, i was very happy to go for this sign.
