I was really impressed as the address is etched in.
My last plaque was stickers which pealed off!
Definitely recommend these.

Lovely sign - am delighted with it

The design process is excellent as I've not found any other that provides the on line facilility to orientate the plate and size and position the numbers so well.
However I have reduced the rating because of my confusion of the description between "engraving" and "etching". My own fault perhaps, but I was very disappointed in the etched character that looks cheap as if it is only painted on.

Easy process to order, and delivered sign appeared exactly as that was ordered, with respect to colour and text etc. However the holes between back wall plate and front floating perspex sign were not correctly aligned, hence had to re-drill front perspex plate, making both holes bigger than required and visible.
Good value for price, be interesting to see how long text lasts, as appears to be fading already in sun!!

A really poor quality product, which we felt was unusable. When liaising with the company, the customer service was even worse. Extremely rude and inappropriate responses.

Our best advice is to stay away from this company!

First sign arrived with the name of the house printed, not engraved & the slate chipped in places. It took approx 6 wks to arrive. I then read the reviews & panicked.
However I emailed their customer service and dealt primarily with a Ben Weeks. I was asked to send photos of the sign & within approx two weeks a new sign, engraved & on another type of slate arrived. I actually found their customer service very professional, prompt, friendly and able to problem solve with ease. I exchanged a 6/7 emails with them & they were really above the usual level of customer service merry go round you find your self on when trying to resolve an issue. So 10/10 customer & 8/10 for the product issues though the final product is a 10.

Great website that helped me create the house sign, the finished product looks really good.
Only wish I had gone with a bigger size it looks that good!

Quality of the product is good. The time taken from order to receipt was longer than expected.
Can I suggest an improvement for the finished product. If the screws that were provided with the product were changed for mirror screws where they come with a screw on domed cap with a stainless or chrome finish, it shows the fitted product up really well and looks ‘quality’.

It was easy to specify my sign on the website and the finished product was exactly as expected. Very pleased.
