This company has done a few projects…

This company has done a few projects for me in the past few years and I have been very satisfied and have recommended them to other business associates who have come back to me with glowing commendations.

Quick response

I haven't had any bad experience with this company I've had a house in South Norwood which they obtain planning in a quick and fast manner.. The price was quite reasonable but I had my own builders to do my work but containing professionalism and speed it was there for me

We now have a judgement against the Company and this remains unpaid.

The Company is a fraud and we have a court case pending for fees paid but the work was never done. Once this court case is heard we intend to lodge another claim for negligent building regs drawings for a house in Sutton which costed us more than £ 8000 to fix as the builder was following negligent drawings produced by the Company.

Sailesh Shah is one of the Director's of property investment/management company in Croydon. This is an unfair review. I hope that fair minded people read my side of the story. Or ask for testimonials. I've got loads. This review is about a refund of £500.

Sailesh Shah owes me outstanding fees for getting him planning permission for a cute micro house 37m2 in Croydon. It was a tough planning permission and Sailesh Shah made a "no win no fee deal". I won and got him planning permission last year, He has not paid those fees but prefers to write reviews online instead. I am happy to show anyone the drawings and decision notice. I really love the design, it was ingenious and we got planning by a hair's breadth.

By definition what Sailesh Shah has described above is not fraud, "it's much ado about nothing".

Let me explain my side of the dispute.
I was instructed by Sailesh Shah on another project to prepare planning and building regs. The planning was approved I have a 95% planning success rate. All of my building regs drawings have a disclaimer that "all measurements must be verified on site". Sailesh Shah instructed a builder to build without instructing my services to inspect the works. This is the traditional way to have the person who prepared the drawings to check the work on site that they are being built as expected. This gives your work an extra layer of precision. The builder built the loft roof higher than the ridge!!! Then he clad the excess roof height with white upvc that was visible from a distance. I've never seen a builder do that in 22years. A planning officer walking past saw it and served an enforcement notice. Sailesh Shah wants me to pay for all of the building work to rectify the problem. If you need more information about this project. I will be willing to show you drawings, pictures and the emails from the enforcement officer. For the record, nobody should build a dormer roof higher than the ridge. Period.

There are usually 4 reasons why a client goes online and calls me and my company names. It's for one or all of the following reasons listed below
1. They are not my client in the first place
2. They want me to pay for something that is not my fault
3. They want a refund that in my opinion is way over and beyond what's due to them
4. They are too impatient for an independent body to make a decision on the matter so they prefer to go to the court of public opinion.

I did A level Maths, : ) I'm not going to agree with incorrect figures. It's ok to disagree without calling people names. I hope that fair minded people read my side of the story. Or ask for testimonials. I've got loads.

We agree with the other reviewers - do not use Igho Tabor

We agree with the other reviewers. We had a dreadful experience dealing with Igho, similar to what others have described here. She has admitted in writing that she owes us over £40,000 in reparations and unfinished work. She has paid nothing back. Do not use her.

We got full planning permission for Katherine's house. It was 1st floor extension and loft. It was a tricky planning application and we were successful.
We are architectural designers we have a 95% planning success rate. That’s why I get 5 star reviews.

Katherine did something very odd, fired us out of the blue and got new builders to work on her project while keeping our tools and then sent me a bill for 100K.
Ask yourself what you would do in this situation. Would you pay £100 extra on anything?

Her review below is in connection with other subcontractors which we use for our building work. These men have been tried and tested on other projects and done well. One client can bring out the best in a person, another client can bring out the worst. Clients always have a choice to find their own builders.

Below are some of the reasons why I get 1-star reviews for subcontracting building work
1. The reviewer is not my client
2. The review is in connection with a refund that is greater than what they paid or are entitled to
3. The review is in connection with work that they want but haven’t paid for
4. The review is in connection doing unethical work or work that’s not in line with my company policy
5. The reviewer is verbally or physically abusive
This review falls under reason number 2

Igho Tabor is operating fraudulent practices

I do not rate this business at all. Designhomeplan director Igho Tabor operates a sham company. She took thousands of pounds in advance and not only did she leave the project but refused to repay the money for work she NEVER undertook. Worse the damage of the substandard and dangerous work - not putting in steel pins in load-bearing walls as just one example. Igho Tabor's work was so poor that much of it wasn't passed by building control. Now I am paying thousands more to fix the damage and finish the project. She is dishonest, worse still she has done this to others but we have so much to pay to put right the terrible work that many cannot afford to hold her accountable, this is what she knows and therefore she continues to defraud and deceive her clients. Please, research her carefully. She was banned from ARB and RIBA for Gross professional misconduct. She may still tell you she is an architect if she can get away with it. Let me clarify. I have the evidence to prove that she was PAID money for goods she DID NOT PURCHASE NOR REFUND back to the customer. In fact, she engaged in this deceptive practice until she was discovered then ran off with the money. This happened to more than 2 people in the space of a few months. This woman should NOT be trading she is a Rogue Trader- Igho Tabor of DesignHomePlan Ltd needs to be stopped to protect the public from her fraudulent sham business.

We got full planning permission for Marlice's mother's house. It was large stunning wrap-around extension. It was a tricky planning application and we were successful. Marlice is not my client. Carole above is her mother and Richard above is her uncle.

As a reader ask yourself if you would work for an abusive person. Marlice has abused me verbally despite not being my client.

Below are some of the reasons why I get 1star reviews for subcontracting building work
1. The reviewer is not my client
2. The review is in connection with a refund that is greater than what they paid or are entitled to
