Impossible returns and non existent customer service
I placed my first order with them and spent £300. The jacket did not fit so I need to return but the returns label was not generated. I have emailed and contacted them 15 times but they have not responded bar sending an automated - how to return your items email.
I’m basically stuck, the returns window is closed and I’m out £300 despite having a legal right to return under the consumer goods act.

I ordered a dress and was delighted with the design, fit and fabric, so ordered more. The second order was a mixed bag of oddly sized, poor quality clothes, so I returned them. My final order was a dress, on which I received a discount-loyalty from my first order I think!- they sent the wrong item & refused to send the correct one. I could only get the item I ordered if I paid full price and then 'reclaimed' the discount.
I have given up!! Their delivery is SLOW, the clothes are well designed, but of variable quality and sizing. Their customer service is utterly dreadful, quite the worst I have ever dealt with. They simply do not want to help. I have left getting the refund for the dress in the hands of my bank as customer service were so unresponsive. AVOID!!

I was not able to return an item as their website wouldn’t generate a return label. I contacted customer service on multiple occasions and they didn’t help and instead got automated messaging. The worst fashion retailer I have experienced.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Bee nearly 6 weeks since they’ve received my return, no refund! I returned 5 items, when I log onto my account it shows I returned 2?! But they didn’t even refund for the 2, it was for a lower figure that matches nothing I bought. Making it up as they go along, have been chasing daily for 6 weeks and still no refund. Have now gone to my credit card provider to dispute the money.

The phone number on the website doesn't work. You can only chat online with a bot and when you select their option of speaking with an agent they close the chat as they tell you they are too busy. I contacted them on fb messenger aswell as posting on fb & they messaged me back telling me that social media was not the place for customer service and they then asked for more details & now radio silence. Having the worst time trying to return items as I can’t find the returns label ANYWHERE, even though I submitted a return. Not on my account under “returns” as suggested and not in my emails or spam. Contacted customer support 4 times and they all say the same thing and don’t really seem to acknowledge what I’m asking for, which is a simple returns label. I have no idea how to return these items. Probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
Ridiculous customer service
Ridiculous customer service. I returned all items and they refunded £30 less. I have been chasing for explanation and a refund for 3 months now and still no resolution. The worst experience I had with online shopping.
Refund took 6 weeks
I love Desigual's clothes, but their refund process (and customer service system) is completely broken. I sent in a return which was tracked and received January 28th. I didn't get any updates from Desigual, so followed up with them via email on Feb 10.
They replied the next day, confirming that they received my return on Jan 28, and said that refunds can take up to 15 days.
After more time passed, I followed up a few times, but they didn't respond to any more of my emails for weeks.
I was in the process of doing a dispute with my credit card when Desigual finally processed the refund on March 13.
I'm updating my review from one to two stars since I did eventually get my refund, but the process and communication was terrible.

Return procedure awful, requested a return and said I would print the label. I received no email, nothing. Been trying to contact Customer Service via email, complete radio silence there too.

The clothes are beautiful. But make sure you know what size you are ordering. Desigual sizing can be off as well. Order from Nordstrom, try for size, return and then order from desigual.com. Desigual refund process is the worst! There really isn’t a process. You literally have to get on chat or send them 5000 emails to get your refunds. It is so frustrating and an unnecessary waste of time. I’m still waiting from a delivered return on January 6, 2026.

Placed an order of over £100 over a month a go, the package appeared to be lost in transit and on the desigual website no tracking updates were provided by the company.
I have contacted desigual approximately 5-10 times now following up on receiving a refund , initially an update on where the parcel was but to no avail.
I will now need to approach my credit card company as the goods were not provided.
Really bad first experience using Desigual and I will not be using them again.

THEIR BUSINESS STRATEGY IS TO MAKE YOU GIVE UP TRYING.
Ordered a half price product. It didn't arrive. Checked tracking. Had received a tracking link which wasn't recognised by DPD. Queried and told there's been a logistics error and stock is returning to them. They hadn't informed me, I only knew because I checked after much delay.
I asked for refund. Just keep the product when it's returned to you and don't send it to me. Oh we can't do that once an order is confirmed. Of course you can. Use your business account to refund to PayPal. No we can't do that. You have to wait an unspecified amount of time to get the product that is on the way back to us right now and no timescales. Then return it. Looking at these reviews, returns are made near impossible and money not refunded for weeks.
So stressful getting answers. I can see why people give up frustrated. Their logic is flawed and confusing in emails.
Luckily I bought through PayPal and they opened a case and got the refund for me.

Absolutely unacceptable service
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had. First, they failed to deliver my package properly. After the unsuccessful delivery, the order was returned. I then received an email clearly stating that my refund would be processed within 15 days.
It has now been more than three weeks and I am still waiting for my money!!!!!!
Trying to communicate with customer service is almost impossible. You do not receive proper answers. Instead, you get standard template emails and an AI chat that is completely useless and does not address the actual problem. There is no real support, no transparency, and no accountability.
When a company confirms receipt of a returned order and promises a refund within a specific timeframe, customers should not have to chase their own money for weeks.

This company has POOR customer service. I reached out to their customer service team via email due to them discontinuing their phone service.
