I made some returns and had to wait a long time for my refund. With other companies, such as Massimo Dutti, it takes a maximum of two days. With Desigual, I've had to wait weeks.
I will never order again from this…
I will never order again from this company. I ordered a wallet in December and two months later there was no delivery. They claimed it was lost and looking for it. After such a long time I requested a refund which was not issued. I keep sending emails and they are not replying. I will look the matter up with a consumer protection body but the feeling that I just lost my money is truly frustrating.

Horrible. I applied for the electronic e-ticket to as a return method. On the website you can find their UPS return offices/shops. I went to 3 and none of them do this method...
Emailed multiple time the customer service team to send me a retourlabel and they do not want to do it and tell me I can download it on my account, which I cannot. I can only see the barcode for electronic return...

I don’t know what’s happened to this company. I bought from them before and sent returns back without issue. This time I gave don’t everything right and in the right time frame and they haven’t sent me a return label and no one will get back to me about it. Don’t buy if you might want to return
Zero stars if I could
Zero stars if I could! Have been trying to get a refund for a month (for items that didn’t fit, returned within the time frame, completely un-used with tags on). There is no phone number to call, no chat option and only an automated email message that does not provide any information on when I will be refunded.
Meh, cheap clothes
Meh. I ordered a fleece jacket from them. It was £300 with 50% off, significantly cheaper than another one I was looking at so I ordered it.
Firstly, since placing my order Iv noticed their clothes seem to be on permanent sale and suspect the sale price more closely reflects a realistic RRP but makes buyers feel they’re getting a bargain, which they’re really not.
The item took a long time to arrive with very few updates. I was altered to a 16 working day delivery window at checkout so can’t complain too much.
The coat is of mediocre quality, the brand to me is a low end high street brand masquerading as a mid range one (again the prices being inflated but on sale seemingly permanently.) The fabric is a cheap pleather on the inside, feels terrible against the skin and a cheap fleece material on the outside, which I don’t think would look great after a few wears. Definitely not worth £300 or the £150 I paid. I would expect to find something of this quality at a supermarket clothes section for £40-50 max.
I think they lean heavily on branding and sales markdowns to draw people in but fail to produce products that reflect the price tags, even when reducing most things by 50-60%.
In short, mid range price tags, cheap products.
Awaiting my refund. They did acknowledge receipt of my return very quickly which has earned them an extra star but FAR better high street brands out there making better quality products for less and far better midrange brands making better for the same price.
Wouldn’t recommend.
bad experience start to finish; don't trust this brand with your money
Edit:Moving up the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Eventually you do get your money back, but this was months after and after sending several emails, instagram dms and this trust pilot review. This shouldn't have to the normal for your customers
This was my first time ordering on Desigual but will definitely be my last. From start to finish the experience was terrible. The shipping was delayed by 7 days, so I had to make special arrangements to have it shipped to me directly since I was on vacation. Throughout this time, i was asking for updates from Desigual and they would redirect me to some auto generated AI message where they would give me an answer that did not answer my question at all, then ignore any follow ups. The item quality was not the best, so I ended up placing a return. The return was delivered Jan 21, but no refund was issued, even three weeks later. I've contacted for a refund, and they have not answered any of my messages.
Poor return process.
Purchased a coat online Nov 26, 2025. Once received, I initiated a return (using Desigual process) and dropped at USPS Dec 10, 2025. Delivery (of return) confirmed Dec 19, 2025.
Today is Feb 10, 2026 and still no refund!
Customer service is non-existent.
If there were online product reviews on the website I would never have purchased the coat in the first place - fit was off.

Boy oh boy I wish had read the reviews before purchasing from here. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT!!!!! I have tried phone calls, chat messages, emails/forms.
This is insane because they tell you they will respond to you in max 48 hours and a month has gone by at this point and after many attempts to contact them I get nothing back EXCEPT THEIR AI CHATBOT.
I am still waiting to hear about the refund on my order (order no B008300099) which should have been returned but nothing yet.
That is so sad because their products are so nice, and I was planning to order more.

Poor processes, inconsistent communication, and no ownership
I accidentally placed a duplicate order and contacted support immediately to cancel one of them. The order had not entered preparation, yet cancellation was refused and it was shipped anyway.
When I received the packages, I initiated a return through their website, which they confirmed by creating a UPS pickup. UPS the next day informed me that the pickup could not be completed because the return address provided by the company was incorrect.
I informed them, and they told me that they could not access UPS to correct their own address and was instructed to find and use a return label myself.
I asked for it in multiple emails and they finally told me that i need to find it in their site or in the confirmation email.
I explained repeatedly that I never received the label and even forwarded the return confirmation email as proof.
Several hours later, the company sent the return label without explanation or acknowledgment, contradicting everything stated earlier. UPS confirmed the issue was not caused by me.
This experience reflects poor internal coordination, rigid processes, and a lack of ownership. I spent unnecessary time resolving issues that should never have occurred.
I also have screenshots from my communication with them & UPS if desigual support cares about them (doubt it)

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY online, if you wish to return the item it is virtually impossible. The phone number is stopped, I imagine that frustrated customers were giving too much abuse to staff. I am out of pocket for over £100 and stuck with an item that does not fit.
I finally received a return voucher from Customer Services on the 10th of March more than 7 weeks after I first started the return process. Whilst I was worried that I might have a fight to get a refund, due to the experience of other customers, my card was credited with the full amount 4 days after Desigual acknowledged receipt of the item.
Sadly this whole experience has soured my relationship with Desigual and whilst I have been wearing their clothes for decades I will not be shopping with them again, either online or in store.

Worst customer service ever.
The bag I bought ripped in less than a month. I wrote to them asking could I just exchange the bag. But they never replied. No answer after several emails. I got the automated reply emails. I just got fed up and gave up. I binned the bag and decided never to repeat the experience. They did reply on January 9th. Almost 2 months later. Offering to help. I just didn't reply again. Their customer service is sadly lacking.
Very disappointed with the customer support
Very disappointed with the customer service experience. There is no exchange option for returns if you need to size up or down, which is already frustrating. When I went to purchase a new dress, there was a mistake with my order. I accidentally selected two dresses of the same size at the same time, and when I tried to correct it, the change didn’t save properly. I completed the purchase and later realized I had been charged for two dresses unintentionally.
I contacted support again and was told there was nothing they could do, and that I would need to return the second dress in order to receive a refund. I will also need to return the original dress I purchased so I can size down.
At this point, I have purchased three dresses, and based on the reviews I’m seeing here, I’m not confident about when I will receive my refunds - or if I will receive them at all.
