Quick, effortless, perfect
First time user. I needed a last minute flight to return home. Destina was by far the cheapest I could find. Booking my flight was easy. Confirmation after verification of my credit card and getting details of my trip was quick. No problem entering my booking number on the airline site. The whole experience was seamless.

Destina Holidays Travel Agency is SCUM !!! For starters, they are not accredited by the BBB, the Better Business Bureau. In fact, the BBB has examined their history with customer complaints, and have arrived at a score of " F". Furthermore, you can see for yourself, in the past 5 years, this travel agency has changed its name 5 times. My 1 experience was horrible and I've traveled quite alot in the past 40 years. Go elsewhere for your Booking Agent !!!

Please note that BBB is a paid service, and we do not pay for the subscriptions.
We have maintained the same brand for over 20 years without changing names. We have, however, expanded our portfolio by adding more companies.
Regarding your flight ticket, we understand your frustration, but the ticket you purchased is non-refundable. It is common for customers to be disappointed when a refund cannot be issued for unused tickets. We would like to remind you that you are permitted to make date changes to your booking.
Credit Card security process
I was concerned bc the booking confirmation process was not instant. BUT I now know and appreciate the extra layer of security in place for cc verification. I booked a fare for my daughter and the ticket wasn’t confirmed until I replied back with an explanation why the passengers name didn’t match and authorization for the purchase.
After the email a confirmation arrived within a couple our hours.
I am very happy with the overall experience!

Easy to book but my flight cost raised…
Easy to book but my flight cost raised twice while I was booking. Once in the timeframe I was actually booking and second after I booked I was emailed that my flights price went up. I had no option but to confirm since I wanted the flight. Not good at all.
