I'm very pleased with the detailed and concise service of Detail2Recruitment(Martin).I don't deal with any recruiters out there these days.because most don't have genuine roles and are just fishing to populate their candidate database.But Detail2Recruitment really stood out from the crowd.I was highly impressed with the impeccable service.Well done!Andy many thanks for my dream job,hugely appreciate it!

Natasha was my point of contact with Detail2Recruitment and I can honestly say is the best Recruiter I have ever come across; and like no other.

Natasha was incredibly engaging and encouraging right from the word go; instilling in me motivation and drive making me believe that I could be the perfect person for the advertised role; even in a world/times where it is increasingly difficult to secure a new role.

Natasha was incredibly invested in the process but to ensure I personally got the right outcome; I normally find Recruiters are only invested from their own point of view; but Natasha was totally different and shared excitement and anticipation on my behalf continuously.

Natasha kept the communication channel open throughout, to ensure I was fully supported, and aware of what was happening at all times; whilst doing thorough exploration of the business and interviewees involved to assist me in the prepping process for interview.

I personally had very tight timelines to work with being fortunate enough to be simultaneously involved with a several interview processes. Natasha worked endlessly with both sides in this respect resulting in a three step interview process evolving and resolving in one week end to end (5 days). This was absolutely incredible speed and resulted in me being offered a role that I genuinely believe is my perfect fit to move forward to the future with with endless scope to develop myself and the business. Again, a huge result in such difficult times.

Matthew Hanley contacted me regarding a position after he saw my CV on Reed. He was very polite and let me know that he was a recruiter and whether it would still be okay to chat, he was obviously conscious that I may have been at work at the time. He let me explain exactly what I was looking for before he told me about the role he was recruiting for.

Matt put me forward for the role and I was fortunate enough to get an interview. I had reservations about starting a new role because of a terrible experience I’d had with my previous role. I was honest with Matt about this and all the time, I felt like he had my best interests at heart. He had a good relationship with the hiring company and when I was invited for a second interview, I could see that all the positives he told me about the business were true. He gave me valuable advice being a recent graduate and at no point did I feel pushed into the role. I was offered the role and am looking forward to starting. All of this process started and finished within two weeks. If I was ever on the hunt for another role I would certainly get in contact with Matt again.
