Seems like a fraud, they mention 0.89$ as trial fee and as soon as i paid they automatically deduct 34.98$ without aby authorization.. to keep myself safe from future transactions i had to block my card permanently and apply for a new one.. this is really an awful experience

I was meant to be deducted for a one time free trial and they deducted 23$from my account when I clearly did not pick that option and I did not even use the app after that day I contacted them they replied saying they cannot refund me fully but I can accept a 25%refund since December 19th till now they have not refunded me and I’m meant to be getting a full refund because I did not use the app and they just said they will give me 25%refund for what since December 19 I did not even use the app so how come I’m not getting a full refund please I need my money . Scam scam scam do not even try to use it

Imagine getting just 5$ out of 23$ then what is the usefulness of the refund and the person on my case is so rude and unprofessional saying I can only get 25% refund and that was the only option I was given so I just had to accept as at that time but finding out today that it is just 5% for what if yoy can review my account but I did not use the app for anything at all and I unsubscribed that day so how come I can’t get a full refund please I need my refund

Scam site! I was charged for the first payment with 0.71£ to check a phone number only. After few hours I unsubcribed from site. Next day I was charged with 39.99£ straight away. I email them why they unsubsribed me, answer a robot emailer. I made again the steps from the email and again the same email comes up, like the first one. I rise up a ticket with my bank to charge back my money and if they will not comply I will block any future payments with this site. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I was charged $49.80 when the amount that I confirmed to pay was only $0.79.
My friend lost her phone, so I tried to look for it on this website. Initially, it asked for $0.79 for something that was seemingly a 1-time purchase, so I decided to try it. Then it moved to another screen that showed some add-ons that would cost around $50, so I tried to back out of it that there weren't an option. I ended up not even using any service from it.
Fast forward to some time after the incident, I was charged for $49.8. After some digging I found out that the initial payment was for a 1-day trial, which was not made clear at the time of payment. I contacted the customer support trying to get a refund but was declined and could only either froze the subscription or get 1 more month for free, which is not even what I want. I have requested to return my koney back but they didnt accept the request :)
Recommend anyone reading this to avoid this product at all cost. You can see how bad it is from all the 1 star reviews. Ruined my entire day.

According to the invoice, the subscription end October 11, 2025, that's not a year.

Unbelievable… They asked for 1 euro - I paid and then in order to continue they asked another 23…. and does not allow u to move on or skip it…. results = nothing

Y’all are the absolute worst of scum I only paid for the 1 day trial to locate a phone which at the end of it all couldn’t be found none of the methods of tracking provided on the app worked it’s an absolute to scam…I was deducted for MONTH SUBSCRIPTION…something I never even consented to …all I found was my account had been deducted…these people are scum

This company is a scam.the withdrew money from card for trial and brainfield withdrew another money.I didn't get any result from what I wanted.please I need a refund.
