I took my A4 here for a service which was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Colin & Craig were more than happy to offer me their time to chat and answer any questions I had, to discuss servicing requirements and services they offer.

You wont be able to book your car in and get it serviced the next day as they are very busy but its worth the wait

Fantastic service from Lee and Craig (the owner). They fixed my Porsche Cayenne engine where other garages said it couldn't be done, (apparently it need a specialist tool only main dealers have). Lee explained over the phone in great detail what was involved in stripping the engine and rebuilding it. This gave me confidence I was in safe hands. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We have been having our ageing German car (it is 17 now) looked after by the guys at Deutschtek and I mean "looked after" for many years and each an every time I have been impressed with their technical proficiency and superb and personalised service. They always go the extra mile to deliver an amazing package of care. I spent my career in healthcare and all I can say is that I would hope that my team and I delivered that same level of personal attention as Craig and Colin and their team do for their customers. Specialist for German cars, I have had many years of annual service and odd repairs done here with nothing but the best outcomes.
This month my battery died the morning I was going away. Craig came round to jump start, diagnose, and order and collect replacement battery. All done in about the hour with care and friendliness, great guys.
