Over an hour late and extremely overpriced


I called at 16:09 and was told the locksmith would arrive in 30 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes with no update, I called again and was told it would take 50 more minutes. They finally arrived more than an hour after my first call and quoted 300–400 EUR for a simple lock opening, which is far above normal weekend rates (usually 120–160 EUR). I refused the service and the 35 EUR call-out fee they tried to charge. Very poor communication, excessive pricing, and unreliable service.
