I had a quality kitchen supplied and fitted in my rental property by Devine. Service was efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommend

Very fine service but delays in shipment from Italy. This was during a bad time for such things and Devine gave us a free upgrade to a hob that was available.
So, in the end very pleased but the delay was frustrating.

This item it's very nice, I rally like it I have feeling that it can be better by adding in to the package or box longer fitting bolts than 50mm this item it's very heavy for that type of screws!

The design; most kitchen places want you to design a kitchen or will just replace your kitchen like for like. Ben came round, measured and came back with plans based on best use of the space.
The quality of all the products. Units are solid, colours are amazing and all come with top of the range door fixings. Work quartz surface is superb and love my new hob!
My builders went to widen an opening only to go and knock the whole wall down. The kitchen needed redesigning. Ben came round and helped redesign and had the units needed in a couple of days. If that happened and you used a big chain...you would be left scratching your head and sorting for yourself!
2 of the units are bespoke to my kitchen to ensure full use of all the units.
Price. They were on par with the big chains top level designs. In fact he came in cheaper than Wren....that included quartz work tops.

Milly gave so much helpful advice ahead of the purchase of our Airforce Aspira G5 induction hob, including the optimal configuration of the ducting and also the positioning of the motor ahead of the installation of the cabinets and worktops.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality and sleek appearance of the hob now it is fitted. Despite my initial reservations about buying an induction hob, we're over the moon with it - it's far more powerful than our old gas hob and also than a friend's new induction hob and takes just a minute to boil an entire pan of water! It's also incredibly easy to keep clean. The kitchen fitters also commented on how much more efficient and quieter the extraction motor is compared with the Elica equivalent.

After-sales service has also been phenomenal, with excellent advice provided by Jon.

We bought one of the amazing cooktops on offer by Devine Distribution for our new extension after meeting with them and getting a demo at one of the London Ideal Home type shows. We didn't buy immediately but contacted them months later to buy and they remembered chatting with us - plus they were kind enough to throw in some items with our purchase. Delivery went very smoothly and, when we later needed additional kit, they did us a great deal. Customer service throughout was excellent - as was the product (an Airforce induction hob) - it's wonderful! Special call out to Lee and Millie - thanks for all your help.

We are extremely happy with our new Airforce hob. It looks amazing and the cooking and extraction are great. We've been using it for several months and not a single scratch or mark (wipe over with glass cleaner spray makes it look brand new!).

Bought my Airforce Hood during covid. The company kept me upto date with my delivery. Its been fitted and I love it. I have more recently contacted them as I had one small issue with it, after having it two years with no problems. An engineer contacted me the next day to book an appointment to get it looked at. Problem resolved very quickly, no charge. Very good customer service.

Devine certainly don't live up to their name. Ordered a fridge freezer, promised three delivery dates, all missed and blamed the manufacturer. This may be so but the lack of communication was abysmal. I had to chase numerous times, only to be given another fictitious delivery date. In the end received a refund but wasted a month, a mistake I would urge other readers not to make.

Reply to Devine response: I get the issue with Hoover, it was the lack of follow up and communication that was disappointing. You were passing on dates from Hoover and then making no attempt to see if they had or were going to deliver, leaving me the customer to chase on every occasion. This is an honest review based on my experience.

Very pleased with my extractor fan. I emailed the company with some questions about the product before i brought it and they got back to me really quickly and answered all my questions. Product was delivered on time.

Cannot express how thoroughly courteous and efficient Devine Distribution are to deal with. I bought an Airforce Cooker Hood for my new kitchen. Fell in love at first sight and it fitted in beautifully. Unfortunately had a few initial teething troubles which Millie at Devine sorted out promptly and cheerfully. I now have a dream extractor in my dream kitchen and honestly wouldn't ever hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Brilliant service!

Having bought an extractor last year , I’ve decided to sign up to receive 2 charcoal filters each year . This costs £3 something a month , after a month of signing up nothing had arrived . I phoned Devine distribution to see what the delay was , I was told I would receive it 6 month down the line .
Not anywhere on their site does it say this will happen , I appreciate they feel people could cancel on first purchase but I will always need that specific filter for my extractor .
They should give customers clear indication what the ordering process is , I’m now being asked to pay full price for another one until my first 6 monthly filter arrives .

Ordered new Hoover Tumble Dryer. Didn't work. The retailer Devine Distribution refused to refund. Took 3 weeks to get an engineer who said new circuit board required. Showed me on screen stock availability. No contact for a further week. Phoned, after 1.5 hours call waiting told no circuit board available. Am now pursuing refund. Don't use Hoover.
