I recently worked with Andy at DeVono Cresa to help our business find, new more flexible office space in Central London. I've worked with Andy and some of his colleagues twice before and on every occasion have been impressed with the professionalism of the service. From the initial understanding of what we wanted from our new office space right through to the negotiation of terms with the landlord and ensuring this is properly captured in the agreement Andy supported us every step of the way. Andy and the Devono Cresa team have provided us with great service in our office search in both London and Manchester. They make life very easy for us by clearly understanding our needs and then matching suitable offerings. A new office search can be time consuming and they take all the heavy lifting off you. Our needs are quite complex given the nature of our business and what we have been offered is excellent. They really do work for you when negotiating terms as well

We started off looking at leasehold offices but ended up opting for a serviced office as this option was actually suited our needs more. Having someone question some of our assumptions and steer us was a great help.
