DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this so…

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this so called company! They are a scam and once you do finally get your product after a month and a half, it's nothing like the description, it is a cheap knockoff product from china, just horrible! Than the refund process is so difficult, they give you the run around and try to give you a small percentage of the refund and after weeks of telling them no I want my FULL Refund, they said they refunded me the full amount which they did not, it was half the amount. I am still going back and forth for the remaining amount! This place is a scam!

Terrible Refund Policy - stay away

The shoes look cheap and they make returning a huge hassle. They just offered me a 20 percent refund. I just asked for a full refund. Not sure yet what will happen, but I strongly encourage people not to order from this comoany.

Misleading product, fake “Crocs,” and deceptive return policy

I ordered what appeared to be Crocs Santa Cruz loafers from Radinnoo.com after searching for “Crocs” on their website. The product listing used the same name as the genuine Crocs style but never showed the real brand name. When the shoes arrived, they were labeled “CRQQS” and were a cheap imitation with hard soles and poor fit. They were so bad, they were completely unwearable.

When I tried to return them, customer service kept stalling. First they offer a 30% refund, then 50%, and finally asking me to destroy the shoes in exchange for a full refund. Their website advertises “Hassle-free 30-day returns, postage paid,” but they refused to provide a legitimate return address.

After getting nowhere with them, I had to file a dispute through my payment provider to get my money refunded. If you've already made a purchase, I strongly recommend doing the same rather than continuing the back-and-forth with Radinnoo.

This company misleads customers by mimicking Crocs branding and hiding the actual CRQQS name. Avoid them completely.
