Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Terribly customer service, nobody cares about the rented property falling apart. Their solution resume in cleaning products to fix anything, doesn’t matter if you log a fault, they don’t even bother to investigate, they prefer to assume it’s your fault.

Nothing was ever too much hassle, she would reply to emails extremely quickly. Kept me in the loop at all times with updates on our house purchase. Couldn't recommend higher.

Terrible branch in Longridge
Terrible branch in Longridge, Lancashire. Staff are unaware of basic property terms, I.e. difference between reinstatement value and market value of properties. Terrible at handling complaints. They make the selling aspect (and buying) very stressful as they get involved in aspects they should not be involved in. Do not use these agents.
