Good service, ship fast

I purchased 'Dezeen Book of Interviews'; one for this retired landscape architect, and one for a high school senior who is interested in going to design school. I believe it is a great book for both of us.

I ordered my watch from half way around the world and the watch arrived on the day I had been notified without any fuss.

The title gives it away -- it was a straightforward affair. I would recommend the watch store to update the watch list more frequently though; some of the watches that were out of stock should be removed from the list, so as to prevent paradise lost.

I absolutely love this watch and it works very well, but the band is terrible. I purchased it and white and after three weeks it looked so worn and dirty. I tried cleaning it, but it was impossible. I still wear it almost every day, but I hope to change the band soon.

The watch arrived within a week to Australia, well packed and as described on the site.

The two times I have sought out a particular watch ( from Uniform Wares & LEFF), the Dezeen Watch Store has had the best price online each time. The shipping is free and I have never had to wait more than 2 days for a delivery–from London to New York! They have a great selection of watches and you're likely to find that watch you've wanted when all other merchants have forsaken you. Can't recommend them enough.

I purchased my watch from the USA. When I received the watch I realized I wanted to exchange it for another. The customer service was quick to respond and exchanged the watch without a problem.

A slow watch was sent and it resolve the issue took about 3 months. Also, the brand said they would send a new watch but sent if for factory repair instead.

Product good but poor customer experience.

the products were well packed, and arrived within 3 days of the order payment. Watches in themselves were beautifully packed, though would suggest a stiffer packaging so as not to dent the corners of the watches. Otherwise, Elegant watches as described on the site

Watch is good and well made but the greyhours name placed horizontally against the 3 position means that it can be mistaken for an extra hour hand and is misleading. I think it has now been moved but mine is a bit annoying because of that

Fast delivery, very nice watch, which hopefully comes with a paper manual to set the strap at the correct length.

I would and will buy from Deneen Watch Store again.
Watch and service was excellent

Bought a beautiful watch for my fiance last February - he doesn't wear it every day because of work, but already the strap has split. The watch face itself is fine but would have hoped for slightly higher quality and longer lasting given the price. I'm hoping DEZEEN will replace the watch strap.

Nice and unusual watches. Most of them are impossible to buy in a phisical store, at least in Spain.
