I found out later on that it is sold in my country. I would have liked to know that before going trough the trouble of sending it all the way from the UK.

Bought as a Christmas gift and the recipient was delighted. Beautifully packaged and excellent delivery service.

Buying from the Dezeen watchstore was a smooth process. Along with free international shipping, very good. Their customer service was also very good and helpful. Prices of the timepieces could be a tad lower. But i guess the recent weakened pound would help affordability.

I was provided a fantastic customer service when I had to return the watch I bought and I received exchange without any problems. All transactions were smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend!

The watch arrived fast, was packed nicely and made a perfect Christmas present. The only thing to pay attention to is shipping to Ukraine: if the cost is over 150 Euro - custom tax of 10% needs to be paid when watch arrives at the customs in Kyiv

I have purchased a few of watches from dezeen watch store. They all look great, however the quality of the straps are terrible this is not a one off as it has happened with a uniform wares strap and a instrmnt strap. Both straps were unusable within months. The customer service by uniform wares was particularly bad as they expect you to simply replace the strap for the same one that will fall apart again for £70 or replace it with one that they claim is better quality for £100+

Unfortunately I first received a watch which didn't work. The customer service arranged a quick replacement so that the new watch still arrived in time before Christmas.

I recently ordered two watches from the Dzeen watch store, the Instrmnt 01 by Pete Sunderland and Ross Baynham and the Tube Watch D38 Black by LEFF. I am delighted with both purchases, both are great watches. The website is well designed with great product images and details. The ordering process was quick and easy and I received both watches on time, well packed and in perfect condition. The Instrmnt 01 is particularly special for the price and is without doubt my favourite of the two.

In early December I ordered a watch from the Dezeen Watch Store and I am delighted how quick easy the purchase went through. The watch arrived from the UK to Germany only three days later. I was very much impressed. I am very pleased with the watch and would recommend that company to anyone. The only drawback is that there are so many wonderful watches on display, so the temptation to go back an buy another ist great.

Watch is like i expected very preety. No delays no wrong description, everything went well.

Love the design of my Hacker watch. Great the quick and free of charge delivery throughout Europe. After 5 month recurring condensation under the glass. Service said this will go away of it's own accord but can be helped along by keeping the watch in a warm dry place. That's what I am doing ever since from time to time...
