Had a great experience using these twice for selling our houses.

Excellent service from Dezrezlegal. Prompt responses to all queries and ensures everything easily explained. Pushed hard to keep the entire process on track. Staff were excellent.

Process from start to finish went smoothly, the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful, especially Brunilda Gjonbalaj who dealt with our house sale and purchase. We were kept up to date with everything via the portal and it was easy to return signed paperwork back.

Excellent service from DezrezLegal, Emily Mogford and the team worked hard to ensure that our house sale was as stress free as possible. We were kept informed at every stage of the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Dreadful! Told waiting for me to return signed documents that they later found to have already recieved. Advised all enquiries completed then at last minute more arrived. Notified indemnity insurance required via email 45 minutes before conveyancer went on annual leave 1 week before target completion 😑.

Later on completion day I was asked for £1000 retention fee. Despite providing evidence that I was up to date with annual management fees. (The annual fee is £285 so know idea where the figure of £1000 came from) Should note my buyer was using the same solicitors firm. Completion day is often stressful but we got there in the end. Or atleast I thought so..... Was advised sale was completed via email at approx. 3pm on 19th June and my keys were handed over the buyer that afternoon. Dezrez should have contacted me to verify bank details but they did not. After a very upsetting and stressful weekend I finally managed to speak with someone and the proceeds of my sale were finally transferred on the Monday morning.

I was kept informed via the Hoowla app. It was very easy to attach i formation which was requested by them. They were alway quick to respond to any of my concerns and very friendly and reasonably priced.

Having the portal and being able to know what was happening at every stage.

DezRez did the conveyancing on our house sale and did a brilliant job. Our conveyancer was professional, friendly and efficient. She almost always replied to any queries the same day and never longer than the next day. Consequently, the transaction progressed very smoothly. Thank you

I used this firm when purchasing my property and was advised that the landowner was absent/untraceable. However, when I later came to sell the property, I discovered that the landowner was in fact known and contactable, and I was forced to purchase the land at additional cost in order to proceed with the sale.

I raised this issue directly with the firm, as I believe the advice provided during the purchase process was inaccurate and has caused me significant financial loss and stress. Unfortunately, despite repeated correspondence, my concerns have been ignored and no meaningful response has been provided.

Due to the lack of engagement from the firm, I have now referred the matter to the Legal Ombudsman for independent review.

Based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend this firm.

Awful company to work with, I was recommended them by our estate agent when we were selling our property and it was a massive mistake.

They sent me e.mails almost every day showing me that they has done nothing, I didn't need to know that.

They could not manage to do my money laundering check and I kept on getting e.mails from another dim wit member of their staff asking to have a zoom call about my check. I had done a similar check about 5 moths earlier with another company using the same information and they managed to do it straight away.

When they sent me a quote it included a £60 fee as an insurance policy, I queried with a member of staff and I was assured by them that if the sale falls through this insurance "would cover all the costs incurred". Low and behold after the sale fell through they sent me a bill for £30.80. I told them that this was covered and they insisted that this was not covered by the insurance policy and I cannot understand from them why.

One of their staff rang me to say that after listened to the conversation on the phone that I had and that I had to pay it, they have refused to send me a transcript of this conversation despite me asking for it.

All in all a despicable little company acting in a fraudulent and bullying manner to steal from me.

Mickayla was responsive and easy to communicate with.every step of my sale. We are still going through a purchase. Which is delayed. Even when I feel stressed Mickayla is calm and talks me through issues. Let's just hope we complete on my purchase soon!

Kept us up to date on everything from start to finish very perfesional in her job so pleased we have Brunilda still working on our new house

Complain directly to the legal compliance director and still get ignored
Fail to comply with their own complaints procedure
Provide and complete with incorrect documents pertaining to a different property
The list goes on and on
Hopefully stop other people having the same experience!!!!

Unresponsive, lack of communication and no sense of urgency
My case is a simple no chain sale with both parties represented by Dezrezlegal but still no progress.
Generic responses which when questioned told to ignore as they are always incorrect

We required a conveyancing solicitor for the sale of our father's house under probate and received a recommendation to use DezrezLegal. Although the document system was initially a bit fiddly to use, we received support when needed. The rest of the process went smoothly with Brunilda's assistance and prompt responses to emails. We were very satisfied when the sale completed and would happily recommend DezrezLegal for your conveyancing needs.

Great service, excellent communication, we were kept up to date at all times
