Not having sold a property for some forty years, using a Conveyancer was completely new to me. Dezrezlegal soon removed any possible doubts I had. Their fast moving team were impressive with their consistent feedback. In fact it was the buyers Solicitor that caused a delay. Dezrezlegal were fault free. A fixed fee from the start was also very reassuring. Excellent service.

we were kept up to date all through the sale. we were given a price for the sale and that is what we paid, there were no hidden surprises. every one in the team who we dealt with were very good and explained anything we did not understand. all in all they did very welland i would recomend giving them a try.

Great communication throughout

The whole team were very good, and Lauren was exceptional.

Dezrez helped us to sell our property in just over three months which was great. Their fees were competitive and the online system good to follow although a lot of updates were not relevant to our sale. We struggled to reconcile the completion statement to our estimate but got their in the end. On receipt of funds from the purchasers Dezrez told us they would instruct our estate agents to release the keys. We were not happy with that but shortly after we received the funds from Dezrez and instructed our agents. This was achieved early on completion day which was excellent.

Worked with this conveyancer for a first home purchase and found the main exchange process generally smooth, despite needing to make minor corrections. They’d earn a 3-4 star rating based on that, although their response time was rather slow. However, the post-completion experience was disappointing. The seller violated the contract by removing all furniture, and the post-completion team was not at all helpful in resolving this issue. Even two months later, there’s been no progress, and I've had to look for outside legal assistance, which is unsatisfactory. Proceed with caution.

I couldn’t rate Dezrez Legal highly enough. What turned into a difficult and stressful transaction due to complications further down the chain was handled brilliantly by Samantha Matthews. She did everything possible to keep the process moving, kept us regularly updated, and provided clear, sound advice throughout, which really helped us stay the course.

One of the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. Communication was extremely poor — I constantly had to chase for updates, and even then issues were not resolved. The estate agent also warned me about their service and has since removed them from their recommended solicitors due to repeated problems.

Months after completing the purchase of my property, I am still dealing with issues caused by their incompetence. I paid management fees to the solicitors after being assured these would be forwarded to the management company, only to receive a bill four months after moving in because they failed to pay it.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others: avoid these solicitors at all costs.

Extremely Professional. Kept weekly up to dates and made the process straight forward and simple, not an easy task with moving home. Would recommend highly
