Buying a sofa in dfs
The experience we had in DFS was second to none, celine and the other young girl couldnt help us any more the corner sofe we bought, doltie is amazing and we can't wait for it to be delivered, two superstars they were, we can't thank them enough

We were in the store for about 6 hours + 🫣😆… This was purely down to the fact that me and my husband could not agree on what we both wanted inc sizes etc . Also there are so many beautiful pieces to choose from, it was difficult .Anyhow, the staff were amazing , very helpful and welcoming, even gave us drinks. There was no “pushy sales pitchs” or anything like that. All staff were just on hand to answer questions when we needed it. Jess was our “sales lady” so to speak. Her customer service was fantastic, couldn’t fault her. She was so helpful, gave us time to think and was helpful with our children ,who are only little. We left delighted with our new sofa set and a new dining room set on order. overall it was great experience. By the end of our shopping experience, we had ordered beautiful furniture and were very happy….. We would highly recommend DFS Aintree, Liverpool to anyone. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ and will return in the future 👍🏼

We were left alone to browse the store without constantly being asked by staff if I was ok. Thats always a plus. When we were ready to enquire about my sofa, Celine was very friendly an helpful. Answered all our questions politely an professionally.
