Buying a new sofa
Staff made me and my family very welcoming and allowed us to take a look around before coming to any decisions. Was offered a hot beverage. When liked a sofa, was able to chat and get all necessary information needed to purchase a brand new sofa. Our advisor Charlie was very helpful

Attentive and knowledgeable staff
Attentive and knowledgeable staff made the whole process of selecting a sofa stress free. We were given space to discuss and explore the ranges on display but staff were there as soon as we had questions. Lovely to be offered a hot drink too!

We went into the shop this morning and the assistant was very good showing us which sofas come to pieces so we can fit them in our narrow access we would have liked measurements on the labels but we went home to check measurements to make sure they would fit

Quick, efficient and personable
We worked with Priya to get ourselves a couch. She was polite, very personable and so helpful with making sure we understood every part of the process to get us the perfect couch for us. We have had many pieces of furniture from DFS and will look here for other pieces in the future. If anyone goes to this store, they will have a great experience.
