After 25 years of busy family life & 3…
After 25 years of busy family life & 3 children enjoying our first DFS sofas it was definitely time to refresh!
We went to the store in Heathfield, Ayrshire & were made to feel very welcome.
All our questions regarding initial ideas were answered fully helping us fine-tune our final choice.
Anthony was so helpful, extremely professional & we are now looking forward to welcoming two gorgeous new sofas to our more peaceful way of life.

Think her name was Ashley blonde hair and glasses. I knew what I was looking for and she showed me where it was. She gave me demonstration of all that I was getting and asked if I was looking for a quick delivery, which I was, talked me through the different bundles available to me which was great I shoes footstool. Explained all about care package which I took. Left very happy with everything. She is a credit to your Ayr branch and will definitely go back as I did before.

Anthony helped make our experience today in DFS pleasant, stress free and productive. On entering the shop he can forward to ask if we needed help, we told him we would like to browse alone. After deciding we would like more info regarding specific products he carried a large pouffe across the shop so we could compare tones. He was patient and helpful and so we chose two sofas and completed the agreement.This is the first time we have shopped in DFS and if Anthony is an example of your sales approach I would highly recommend. When we need to replace out lounge chair we will certainly check out DFS, Heathfield.

We walked in. No hassle felt free to browse at our leisure. After we decided on our choice I went to the office and an assistant came out to help us She was lovely from start to finish explaining everything to us. Highly recommend
