Salesperson Amanda
Showroom was lovely & clean.
No pressure from our salesperson Amanda. She was very helpful, applied no pressure to buy, very informative and went through everything with us to make sure we understood the credit agreement etc.
Amanda gave us time to make our decision. She was friendly and gave us no pushy sales talk.
She is a credit to DFS Ayr. I would recommend to any family/friends if considering to buy to ask for Amanda.

Ayr DFS! Very pleasant experience and assistance from Shannon
Shannon was lovely when we visited the store. She came to introduce herself and see if we needed any help quickly but then left us to look around. When we were ready to order she took us through the process thoroughly and was personable and helpful throughout, clearly explaining timescales for delivery and leather care for my dads new chair. Everything was covered and the experience was 5 star, not rushed and pleasant. Thanks Shannon
