The shop was well setvout and clean. The staff acknowledged me but did not fuss to help. I was given time to look around when i made my choice Matt helped me with the paperwork. Offered additional services but did not pressure me to buy them. Quick good service. Pleasant staff.

Dave the salesman was helpful and we didn’t feel pressured in anyway while looking for a suite and answered our questions in an informative manner, giving out good advice and guidance. However we are still waiting on part of our ordered to be delivered and told it will be delivered on the 1st August, which is slightly disappointing, just hope the colour fabric match.

The store itself is light and open with lots of space to walk round the displays. I like how each sofa is show cased so you can see how it could look in your home.
There were staff available as soon as I walked in, but they were not over bearing. I was offered a drink by a friendly staff member who then spent time with me before I made my purchase. He talked me through the whole process. I would totally recommend DFS following the in store experience.
