When we walked in we knew what sofa we were going in for, regardless of that, David talked us through the whole process. David was great as he helped us get the best deal possible with the offers that were currently on at the store, couldn’t be happier with the service.

We came into the Cribbs Causeway Bristol branch already knowing which sofa we wanted because we’d fallen in love with it straight away, but Linda truly made the whole experience exceptional. We returned to DFS to purchase new furniture as what we purchased previously 10 years ago had lasted well.
We were delighted to be served by John who sold us the last furniture some 10 years earlier - this felt special and we were treated really nicely by John as before.
