We walked in and was greeted by staff. Helped with area we needed to look in. Then given our space to try sofas 👌. After settling on sofa staff made purchasing nice and easy.

Great experience at DFS Bury St Edmunds
Great experience at DFS. We've honestly been about four times to the store hovering around the same sofa! Unsure of colour and whether it will fit. Lots of patience given by staff, thank fully now ordered and awaiting delivery. Thank you for your humour and patience!

We were happy with what we ordered but the sales assistant was repeatedly sniffing and really rushed through everything even though the shop was empty. We ordered online once we got home.

We went to the Bury St Edmunds branch…
We went to the Bury St Edmunds branch and was welcomed as we arrived. The helpful staff listened to what we was looking for and walked us around to the area with the recliner sofa's and chairs. We was then left to check them all out for comfort. The staff then supported us with size, colour, price, cover and emailed us with our choice. Amazing service and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend

Brilliant friendly service!
From the moment we stepped into the store we were greeted with a friendly smile. We weren’t pressurised or given the hard sell treatment. We explained what we were looking for and the lady that helped us had great product knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail was explained clearly and not rushed.
