Great customer service!
Staff at the Cannock branch were particularly helpful and provided excellent support and guidance, whilst browsing in-store. This quality of service continued, whilst ordering online and speaking with Natalie. She guided us through the ordering process with clarity, expertise and ease. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with!

New Tamla sofas
Julie the assistant who helped us was lovely. She was helpful and polite. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, Julie was able to show us the sofas and let my hubby sit on them and try them out … I’m having a riser recliner and there was t one there to try but ordered anyway. Overall Julie was a very competent assistant and we left feeling happy with our our purchase.
