Even though the sofa i was buying is not in the showrooms. I was shown all the fabric samples and got to sit on a comparable sofa. All was explained in a friendly and informative way.

Overall great experience. Not hassled by any of the sales representatives however, when we had questions or required more details the DFS colleague who dealt with us we brilliant. In addition on purchase everything was explained in a great way. Super clear and great advice provided.

Just to name drop JOE went above and beyond giving my wife and I plenty of time to go away measure up and ponder a very expensive purchase. He was very understanding on our return to the showroom giving us plenty of time and space to come to the right choice for ourselves never pushing us. Sales people like Joe are a credit to any company thank you dfs great training we will always recommend 5 STARS plus.

Excellence as standard a review from a return customer :)
Fantastic range of furniture and support by the DFS team at Carcroft. Neal really looked after us advising us on all the options available and giving us space to think things through.
We went in looking and came out with a new 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, a chair and pouffe at a great price.
Our last sofa is still going strong that we bought ten years ago but it was time to update for us.
Thanks to all staff at DFC Carcroft for looking after us, we will be back :)
