Lovely customer service. We were made to feel relaxed and not pushed into buying. We took our time choosing the right colour and were able to take some samples outside into the natural light to make sure we chose the right colour.

Really helpful. Asked what we needed and took us to a number of different options. She picked up very quickly on our preferences and took us to alternatives which suited us well. We settled on one option and then she offered us a newly offered deal, fully letting us know of what that was and extras me might want to consider. Really friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful! Thank you.

We found the lady that dealt with us very helpful and friendly, also very professional at what she does.

Lovely experience, the lady who helped was fab and helped me find the best settee for me . I have mobility issues and the settee I originally wanted was to low. The lady helped me find one that suited my needs and the colour I wanted.

The gentlemen who served me was very helpful and very informative.

Beautiful sofa. Delivered exactly within timeframe on the day. Delivery staff were incredibly professional and friendly, couldn’t have been smoother despite having quite a difficult entrance into the property. Great service!

Excellent personalised service in store and were very good with my 3 children who were very excitable at all the furniture. I’m sorry I can’t remember the chaps name but he was brilliant!!

We were in store over several days trying to get our dream sofa to fit in the space we had. Along the way we dealt with Max, Dave, Carly and Sameera. All of the staff were a credit to the business. Thank you all.

The gentlemen named Mike that attended to us was friendly and informative without being pushy, took us through our options, which made it easy to finally make a decision. He was most helpful and we would like to thank him for his patience .

We were greeted by a lovely, knowledgeable lady at the store. She was really helpful, not too pushy, left us alone to look around & chat with each other. She was around & able to answer all questions. We needed to go home & remeasure to check the settee would fit. By the time we got back to store her shift had finished so she didn't get the commission on the sale but she certainly put in all the ground work.

Zeena was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us plenty of time to consider our options and advised us clearly about the extras that were on offer.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable.
Nothiwas too much trouble, they dismantled a suite to show us a variety of options,
