It’s a very pleasant experience although nerve racking not good at making decisions on my own. I went 3 days in a row. There was no pressure I wasn’t followed around . If I needed a question answering they were there . I did buy a sofa and it’s coming tomorrow.

Top class service, really helpful!
We had a very specific request- a pink sofa with pretty small dimensions. Jamie took the time to show us all the possibilities with different shades of pink, different fabric finishes and different sizes until we found the perfect fit for us. Jamie really listened to what we needed and custom-made the advice accordingly, and spent plenty of time with us. We didn't feel pressured at all and went for a coffee break nearby to consider our options before returning to buy our really comfy blush pink orka "cuddler" size. Great experience and looking forward to receiving it!

Great range of furniture on offer. Nicely displayed and easy to see prices of each item. Good range of colour options available. Staff easily found when needed.
Sameera was great, helping us to discover which settee would be most suitable for us, going through lots of options and offering good suggestions and advice. No sales pitch or undue influence.

Very attentive and non pressuring service. We had time to go through all our requirements which were perfectly met. Allison was so helpful ,knowledgable and personable. We have visited a number of showrooms and the fact that Allison gave us time certainly made a difference and we were absolutely certain in our decision to purchase. Warm welcome from Sam in the Cardiff store almost as soon as we arrived which was lovely. We had seen what we wanted online and Sam helped us find and then purchase this model in store. Everything from purchas through to delivery was explained clearly. Overall our experience today in the Cardiff store was excellent!
