As soon as we walked into the Chester store we were greeted and asked if we needed help. We were shown to the part of the store we required and were left alone while.we were looking. Once we found something we liked we called for someone to come and help. We weren't pressured in any way. Daniel was extremely accommodating and answered all the questions we asked.

The store is laid out well easy to walk round and view all sofas. airy and clean we were approached by a couple of sales not intrusive allowed us to browse. Aaron answered our questions in a friendly and polite manner all details given and explained clearly in a professional way for purchasing the sofa.
