Not a positive experience.
Unfortunately I have not had a positive experience with DFS. I ordered the Gilmorton Sofa through the Crawley branch to only receive the incorrect coloured sofa after approximately 3 months. The Branch offered me to keep the incorrect sofa for what I would consider an insulting discount. Not even enough to cover my lost wages taking the day off work for the delivery. However, I eventually received the correct sofa after waiting approximately 5 months for DFS to offer me an embarrassing £50 deduction for the inconvenience. Overall, not happy in the slightest with the time taken and 'thank you for your patience' discount.

Because our furniture is handmade to order, there is a lead time for all items, including replacements. You were also offered a £50 goodwill gesture as a kind offer, since the store manager had already provided a solution. We apologise that you are still unhappy and hope the replacement items meet your expectations.

Great friendly service
Pleasant experience purchasing my sofa due to friendly staff & excellent service. Would definitely recommend using this branch in Crawley as opposed to the bigger stores.
